Online Diversity Training
Group project was to take an existing work-related training problem and find a solution. Problem addressed was that Citifinancial is currently training management on Diversity issues through a 2-day class. The company desires that all employees be trained on these issues, but tightening budgets are making it difficult to continue the existing program which includes travel. Our solution was to translate their current program into an interactive online format.
